Laywer Petya Nikleva is a founder and a Managing Partner of the Law firm, as her practice of law is dated from 2000.
Since 2006 she has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
Lawyer Petya Nikleva has extensive knowledge and experience in various legal fields, as her practice of law, developed at sixteen years, refers to the following areas: Commercial Law (including bankruptcy), Contractual Law, Law of Property, Labor Law, Insurance Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law and Civil Procedural Law.
In her career lawyer Petya Nikleva has advised clients on large corporate and commercial transactions with national and international participation. Her extensive experience includes work as Chief Counsel of a leading holding structure and various companies, consultancy services in relation to privatization deals, foreign investments, banking and insurance transactions, acquisitions and establishment of subsidiaries by Bulgarian and foreign investors.
